The Banner Closet has been in operation since 1990 to recycle the wonderful banners that are created for Palo Alto AYSO teams each year. With a little care a banner can last for five or more seasons and the efforts of past team banner parents can benefit future teams.

Please do not leave poles, just the banners.
Make sure the banners are dry and brushed free of dirt and grass, and in good condition (art work, letters, etc.,re-glued if necessary).
Donations of new banners are also welcome.

There are SOME banners with matching corner flags and poles. However, team parents may have to make the two (2) corner flags and purchase PVC pipe to hold flags and the banner. NO REBAR or OTHER METAL FOR STAKES ALLOWED due to possible injury to the players. See the Directions for Making Team Banners and Corner Flags for pointers.
The Banner Closet welcomes additions at any time and thanks all the banner seamstresses, seamsters and gluers who have contributed in the past.
