Please, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT if you already have one.  
It will disconnect your record from your children's records.
It places a burden on our volunteers to reconcile the information and reconnect the records. 
 Click the appropriate link below for help. 

  • I pre-registered my children and now want to pay fees.  Go here.
  • I want to enter my utility account number.  Login to WYS with the current season widget above and click on Parent/Personal Info.  Enter your number into the field, Employer Name.
  • I have a Child registered, but I do not have an account, and need a Username. Choose the middle option on the following login page.
  • Forgot my Username or Password.  Select Palo Alto using the Forgot Password option.
  • If you are a youth volunteer that has not played in Palo Alto,
  • or an adult volunteer that is new and has not registered children, 
    • and need to create an account, click the button Begin Pre-Registration, and then click the link Our First TIme In This Region on this page.  After you create your account, skip the part about adding children or making payment.  Afterward, goto Volunteer Registration.
