1. March minutes approved without changes.

2. Proposals for changes in national bylaws.
   - Headgear for players.
   - Three quarters minimum play.

3. City meeting about Mayfield, Monday, May 2
   - The fields used by AYSO have shrunk. Caroline will attend the city
     meeting and speak on behalf of AYSO

4. Registration update
   - Registration packets were sent. Walk-in registration on schedule.

5. Miscellaneous updates
   - Storage locker for referee materials.

6. Reminder - Golden Gate Camp - July 15-17

7. Commissioner comments
   - Cindy
     - Referee training schedule is up. Coach training not yet.
     - Youth and unattached coaches are entering different forms (not
       directly WebYS). Forms will be sent to Marcelo from now on.

   - Mick
     - National Games in 2006. Forms submitted by Caroline.

   - Dave
     - Online vs. face-to-face safe haven training.
     - Earthquakes program.
     - Proposals for changes in national bylaws.

   - Rob
     - Advertising of registration. How do new people find out about AYSO?

   - Scott
     - Advertising of soccer camps through AYSO.
