1. December minutes
- Minutes are approved without changes.

2. Recent appointments
- Rob Schreiber, new regional referee administrator.
- Margaret Toor, new chief commissioner.
- Marcelo Clerici-Arias, new assistant regional coach administrator.

3. 2005 budget
- No raise in fees.

4. 2005 calendar
- Caroline
    - March: configure WebYouthSoccer.
    - Volunteer jobs. Break down the jobs to get more volunteers.
      Better volunteer descriptions.
    - Beginning April. Send registration package, with parent handbook.
    - Wednesday, May 4, and Saturday, May 14. Walk-in registration.
    - May 31. Last day for early registration and guaranteed team placement.
    - Monday, August 22. First day of school.
    - Wednesday, August 17. Parent notification day.
    - Wednesday, August 24. U12-U19 coaches meeting.
    - Thursday, August 25. U7-U11 coaches meeting.
    - Saturday, September 10. First game.
    - Saturday, October 15. Practice game (5-day weekend).
    - Saturday, September 24, to Saturday, November 12, U6 (8 weeks).
    - Sunday, September 25. Picture day.
    - Sunday, October 2. Picture day.
    - Saturday, November 19. Last game/regional tournaments.

5. U5 and U16B
   - National AYSO now allows younger players and the creation of an U5
     division. Regional decision: no U5 division in 2005-06.
   - U16B will play Sunday games in the area.

6. Registration
   - Online registration. WebYS. Flow of registration forms. "Form czars" 
     (one per division) in charge of collecting the forms from the coaches
     at the beginning of fall season.

7. Mayfield
   - The new fields will probably come online in October 2005.

8. Section meeting in Seattle. March 18-20.

9. Commissioner comments

   - Database cleanup?

   - Can we make the instructions for WebYS even clearer?

- Marco
   - Big lining machine. We will try to sell it.

10. Next meeting: Thursday, February 24, 7:30pm, Cubberley Room A-3. Meetings
until August, all at 7:30pm in Cubberley A3: March 23, April 27, May 25,
June 22, July 27, August 18 (Thursday).
