AYSO Board Meeting Minutes
September 27, 2006
7:30-8:30 PM, Cubberly

Please note:  A brief meeting was held prior to a presentation by PCA
(Positive Coaching Alliance).

Proceedings:
1.  Earrings
When the national policy changes, the policy will be distributed to
all coaches.

2.  Trash on fields  
Issue of trash being left on fields after games.
Are there enough garbage cans at the parks?

Action:  District Commissioners will remind coaches to ensure water 
bottles, coffee cups, etc. are disposed of properly.
Action:  Item for next newsletter.

3.  Data
EAYSO data is converting to a new format; possibly waiting for data
from other regions.

4.  Fields  
JLS is a mess.  Hope to drop next year and move to Terman.
