Parents:

Soccer season is almost upon us and we have a few things that need to get done before the season starts.

This year, for the U10 division, we have ordered new goals that need to be moved from my house to Duveneck and Ramos and assembled. Robert Neff is heading up that project and he is looking for a few volunteers to help him out.

If you are available on Saturday August 8th at 9 AM for a couple of hours, please let me know.

If you are available on Sunday August 9th at 2 PM for a couple of hours, please let me know.

I am also looking for a few volunteers to help with field survey. This task involves going to a couple of fields and marking the corners of the fields. This needs to be done before Labor Day weekend when the survey teams will go out and paint all of the field lines. For this pre-survey task, we just need to mark out the four corners of each field. This needs to be done for the two U7 fields, two U8 fields, one U9 field and two U10 fields. Each U7 and U8 field has two mini game fields. The U9 field has four game fields and each U10 field has one game field.

If you can help out in this process, please let me know as well as which division you would like to do. We will supply the tape measure and the paint along with the field dimensions. All you need to do is paint a small circle at each of the four corners for the game field. This needs to be done close to Labor Day weekend when the survey team goes out to paint all of the lines so that the corner markings donft disappear.

The fields that we will be using are:
U7 Walter Hays and Fairmeadow

U8 El Carmelo and Hoover School

U9 Hoover Park

U10 Duveneck and Ramos

Thanks for helping out. AYSO is an all-volunteer organization.
