Palo Alto Elite at the Turkey Tournament

Produced by the San Bruno AYSO, the Turkey Tournament is an annual tournament held on Thanksgiving weekend.  The tournament consists of teams in the U10, U12 and U14 brackets for the AYSO Extra Program, and AYSO All Star Teams.  

Palo Alto teams competed in several brackets.

Unknown Thunderbolts
Runner Up
Led by Jim Smith and Jim Pflasterer, the Unknown Thunderbolts is a combination of the two Elite Teams (the players who were still in town and able to commit the weekend).  Taking the runner up championship position behind the first place, Sunnyvale was a tremendous accomplishment for this, "last minute" team.
