Appoint your Team Manager as soon as possible.  The Team Manager can take care of the organization and administration tasks for your team.  The Team Manager gets the jerseys for the players.  The Team Manager manages snack assignments for each of the parents.
Some parent tasks:

  1. Daily corner flag ritual
    1. get them from the field locker before the session starts and put them up
    2. take them down at the end and return them to the field locker
  2. Manage the sign up list for snacks (oranges, breakfast bars, juice drinks, water)
  3. End of Day Check - make sure no equipment, clothing, water bottles or trash is left behind
  4. Team photographer
  5. End of season equipment return
  6. End of season party
