Permit Coordinator



The primary role of the Permit Coordinator is consolidate and communicate our field needs to the City Parks and Recreation, and to communicate our resulting field assignments to our Program Producer that needs the fields.  The Program Producer will manage the details of allocating fields and using them within their function.

The information is on a set or spreadsheets, one for fall and another for spring.  

Our field use is reasonably constant from year to year, but there are always some adjustments.  The Permit Coordinator maintains the spreadsheet, sends it to the City, gets the resulting permit, and updates the web site permits page.
