Adopted Previous Board Minutes

Treasurer Report

  • Reed provided a quick update to the total expenses for the Spring program to date
  • Discussed need for ensuring all AYSO Region 26 funds flow through the regional bank account, are under the control of the Treasurer, and auditable by our Regional Auditor.  Coaches in Spring Select could continue to run their programs and decisions as they always have, except that registration fees and disbursements would run through the regional account.  Coaches would still be able to spend their discretionary funds, and the Treasurer would re-imburse them from the account.

Registration Report

  • The board was introduced to the registration tracking page
  • Registration is basically, on track, relative to other years
