Quick Renewal of Registration

- If you have trouble send an email to volunteer_coordinator@ayso26.org for help.
- If you have sent in signed forms already this year, then skip to step 10, below.
- Login to WYS and click Parent / Personal Info
- Make sure the information is current
- Click on Form Package . This will give you a PDF of two copies of your personalized Player Forms for your children and 2 copies of your personalized Volunteer Form.
- Check the upper right corner for the AYSO ID#. If it is blank then an eAYSO account is not recognized. This can be due to two possible reasons:
- you don't have an eAYSO account, and need to create one following the directions HERE.
- your eAYSO account has a different version of your name, or a different address or phone number, and cannot be connected to your WYS account automatically. If this is true, write your eAYSO account ID on your form and send it in. We will manually connect the two accounts.
- Check the information for correctness. Update telephone, address or email information, but leave blank your SSN and Drivers license information.
- Sign both copies of your Volunteer Form.
- Keep the Player Forms for your coach. Do not mail them.
- Mail your volunteer forms to the address shown below as soon as possible to get this step completed in a timely manner. If you don't receive confirmation by email within a week, please email tol cvpa@ayso26.org for help.

- All done!!
